New development including redevelopment, medipark and residential uses (£45m) of the major hospital and adjoining sites in sensitive Greenbelt on the Southern fringe of the City. Landscape led framework and masterplan. (2001/2002)

	Multi disciplinary Landscape Plan for 20 year period balancing commercial constraints with landside landscape improvements.  Detailed action areas work packages for River Mole diversion, office landscapes, offsite parking, NW Airside Zone.

Billingshurst Town Expansion, West Sussex
500 dwellings and mixed use amenities and facilities successfully promoted through Local Plan process; planning application and design briefs.

	Weston Shore Improvements, Southampton
	Improvements and sustainable development of 37 hectare waterfront open space on Southampton Water - largest undeveloped area in the City and part of Solent SPA.  Plan balanced recreation, conservation and minimal intervention.  SRB funding secured towards implementation phased to 2007.
